Notes:

Lodging in Medora is difficult to find on short notice during the summer months, please
check on accommodations for your guests before finalizing your
wedding date.
- Badlands Events cannot accomodate weddings involving over 40 people --
our facilities are appropriate for smaller, immediate family weddings.
- For all packages that contain provisions for officiant, the couple can
choose either the minister provided or the Billings County Clerk
of Court (Justice of the Peace) depending on availability due to
prior commitments.
- You must contact the Billings County Clerk of Court or any Clerk
of Court in North Dakota to arrange for your marriage license.
- Indoor facilities may be available due to inclement weather, however,
they must be arranged in advance.
- There will be a rescheduling fee if for some reason the event must
be postponed.
- There will be no candles or open flames allowed
at any outdoor wedding site, due to fire burn ban.
- Location limitations:
- It is possible the seating will be limited. Call for pricing
on provisions for additional seating.
- Some locations have no lighting. In this instance, the
ceremonies must be held during daylight hours or on nights
of full moons.
- Please advise your guests that limited parking is available
and encourage carpooling.
- Some locations have no restroom facilities. Please keep this
in mind while planning your wedding.
